Deep in the woods there was a charming little house. It was not much to look at, just a couple of stones on top of each other. The roof was covered in a thick layer of green moss, and in spring a carpet of colourful flowers burst into bloom all around. The main door was barred, to keep people out, but in the bottom left corner a small door was made so animals could come and go as they pleased. There was a perfect big window to look through during the daytime. As \u2018tiny\u2019 as it was, it was perfectly fine for Mr. Whisker all by his lonesome self.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Mr Whisker was created to share artwork and stories from the Whisker Foundation, a wildlife rescue center in the Netherlands. The stories are based on real life rescues and situations we encounter on a daily basis. By sharing we want to give insight in our work, and show in a light and humorous way how we rescue animals and why we do it.<\/p>

All proceeds go directly to the Whisker Foundation, so by enjoying our art you directly help rescueing hedgehogs. Isn’t that amazing?!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jules - Hedgehog<\/h3>

Marty - Squirrel<\/h3>

Marty is very special to me. This young squirrel fell from a tree and had a severe concussion. With lots of effort and love we managed to release him again!<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
