Deep in the woods there was a charming little house. It was not much to look at, just a couple of stones on top of each other. The roof was covered in a thick layer of green moss, and in spring a carpet of colourful flowers burst into bloom all around. The main door was barred, to keep people out, but in the bottom left corner a small door was made so animals could come and go as they pleased. There was a perfect big window to look through during the daytime. As ‘tiny’ as it was, it was perfectly fine for Mr. Whisker all by his lonesome self.
